I had written you in themeforest with the details a while ago, but didn't hear back and the situation has not been fixed. We had to remove the gallery from the menu. Is there a way we could actually speak via traditional email? The turnaround to fixing this problem is really not optimal with the forum and themeforest email. Thank you for understanding.

I created a page where the gallery is placed normally through the default gallery option in a page and the result is that it only shows the home page header image and no indication of a gallery existing at all: http://submissionthefilm.com/filmmakers-regular-slideshow/

This link is what it looks like when I use a third-party slider plug-in....it doesn't actually display the slider plug-in, but somehow having the slider plug-in activated and inserted into the page forces wordpress to show the default gallery. http://submissionthefilm.com/filmmakers/

I could not deactivate the whole thing, but I turned off a few settings and now it works. Many thanks!

@andresbonelli disable the JetPack plugin. That's causing script conflicts.

@GloriaStella Can you provide a link to your gallery page?

I just realised I have the same issue. I can preview the page and the gallery works perfectly fine, but when I open the website from another browser it doesn't display the arrows to change images.
I've followed the add media to page instructions as well.

Hello Chris! I am having the same issue with my vysual page - added a new page, set template to gallery, added media through standard process and gallery doesn't show up (only shows the header image from the home page). I also tried deactivating all plug-ins and no change. Please let me know what the solution to this problem was. Thank you!

I followed all the instructions as you had specified in your documentation and tried many different variant options as a work-around. In order to resolve this more expediently, can we schedule a google hangout and I can give you access to the CMS? This issue has been a problem for months now and the director is unhappy with the theme because of this and is considering using something else. Can you write me directly at my email address? nicole at boboudartproductions dot org? It would be far more effective/efficient use of our time in remedying this particular issue and would allow me to turn the plugins back on sooner rather than later. I've disabled all plugins and the gallery is still not loading. I would prefer to have a few of the plugins active, however, such as those that help block brute force attacks, activity log, and the contact form, so let me know when I can bring those back online, the sooner, the better.

I noticed your source code is loading a ton of extra scripts from a plugin (Facebook plugin I think?).

It's possible those scripts are conflicting with the theme files.

Try deactivating all plugins you have and see if the issue persists. This will help me troubleshoot next steps.

We're having issues with your gallery feature. loveofconch.com/gallery

The Gallery page is set to the Gallery template and the images were added to the gallery from the add media button. Only, when previewing the page, or loading the actual page itself, the site merely loads the first image of the gallery, and doesn't show anything else. No scrolling arrows, or anything. It seems entirely blank and does not behave like a gallery at all.

Looking into your forum, I did look at your VYSUAL documentation for the gallery page, and there is nothing to suggest that what was done is any different than what the documentation specifies.

Please help us resolve this issue. I'd attach screenshots to further illustrate what's going on, but this forum interface doesn't allow for that. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this via email to provide you with logins for troubleshooting this.
