Would you be kind to tell me how will I make the gallery list documents instead of images?

I have change the mime_type to 'application/msword' instead of 'image' in single.php, It is showing the Gallery tab when there is an attached document associated with the post but it doesnt show the list. I believe I have to replace the syntax below with something else. Can you sort it out for me?
