I figured it out!
Take a look at the site - http://www.saint-dennis.org/stdennisschool/

I have 4 featured images in 4 posts under a category "featured", which is selected in the options panel. Now how can I get these images to rotate or display an image randomly out of the 4 featured images?

Hi,

If you went to the above website, I'm in need of a full width slider. I do not need to display the 4 posts next to the slider. This is what I have done so far -
Commented out content under <div class=desc> and div class="image_thumb> in header.php
Increased the width of .main_image from 618px to 948px. Also, for ".image_thumb ul li" and ".image_thumb ul li.active" put display:none
Then, in functions.php, changed - add_image_size( 'main', 618, 293, true ); to add_image_size( 'main', 948, 293, true );

I followed the instructions in the user manual pdf file to post it as a featured image into a post. The size of the image I used is 948(width) x 293(height).

YET,
The image is still being displayed at 618px. Could you please help me?
