I fixed this issue in index.php using 

get_template_part()

to render the different partials instead of doing 

get_theme_mod()

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my live site not reflecting the wp admin panel. All that shows up is the background and the wrapper div. I contacted my web hosting service and they say no modsec rules are being triggered. When I use a default theme everything works. So, that leads me to believe the issue is theme related.
