It appears the Gravity Forms plugin you have installed is overriding the theme CSS styles for the form elements.

I have done few changes to submit button because it looks too ugly before. I gave padding and color to see the text actually.

Later I have gone through the demo where the form takes Ajax. I have checked AJAX option in TML plugin. Not worked. Demo: http://awesomescreenshot.com/07b44me7df
