Hi there,

There's a z-index CSS bug with that plugin. It's giving the overlay background a z-index of 690, but giving the actual form a z-index of 680. This will cause the overlay to sit above the form.

Try throwing this in the Custom CSS box on the customize page...

#colorbox {z-index:1000px !important;}

Hope that helps.

Please keep in mind, this is a plugin issue, not a theme issue, so I won't be able to troubleshoot this further.

University Theme is having some issues with Form Lightbox. The lightbox comes up but is grayed out like the rest of the page. If I switch to Twenty Fourteen, it displays fine. I've tried different themes in Form Lightbox but none had any effect. The forms are being fed into Form Lightbox by Contact Form 7.
