Sorry, but I'm unable to provide plugin support. This is mainly because I have no developer knowledge of the plugin you're using. I also lack the resources necessary to research plugins to learn their inner workings in hopes of discovering the cause of the issue you're having.

My best suggestion is to either manually apply pagination or contact the developer of the plugin to see if they have any insights for why their plugin is causing issues.

I have a problem with the force repagination. I select it and update the post and when the posts loads again, it's deselected.
