Can you explain what you mean by messy? You've changed quite a bit which makes it tough for me to accurately assess what you're trying to accomplish!

I've made some css changes (change colors, backgrounds, some margin padding) in the footer area of the home page and I can't understand why if I am on a specific post (interior page) everything on the footer is messy. I don't understand why, could you please give me some indications?
