Got it. I guess my next question is this:

What exactly needs to be edited so that the footer (the width of the normal site area) is white, but the sidebar part of it is grey, like in the normal theme?

I feel like that would give the footer some visual clarity, instead of just a big white rectangle.

(And yes, I know I've been asking questions like a crazy person. I appreciate all of your help!)

Is there a way for me to replace the image with an image of my own design (but also white), so it still falls in line with the rest of the template? Like, is there a PSD file or PNG/JPEG I need to replace?

So far, I've got it white, but I do see how there's a bit of a break (no vertical lines) on the sides of the template like there is from the main article part of the site.

1. The footer area uses a background image as part of the design, so changing it to white will remove the border/shadow effect. If that's okay with you, use the following...

#footerContainer {background:#fff;}

2. Try this...

#footerWidgets {display:none;}
#footerPage {width: auto;}

Hello, slightly similar, but related question:

Could I change the color of the grey footer (where you can insert a page)? I am trying to make it completely white, so I can put some images down there.

Also, is there a way to make the page you insert in the footer full-length? So, instead of 2/3 long and room for a widget, can I make it full-length?

I'm thinking of inserting a graphic down there that'll be the span of the page with some recent images from awards our program has won.

OK, I figured out how to get content in the footer. However when I select the ABOUT US page, the child pages also display in the footer.

How do I get the content for the "A BRIEF HISTORY" to appear in the footer as your demo?
