Hi there,

Thanks for following up!

1. The widgets you have in the active section are the only ones that will display. Keep in mind, the footer widget area has a column layout, so having a single widget will not automatically fill the entire width of that space.

If that's what you're attempting to do, you'll need to submit a customization request as custom code is required for that: http://themolitor.com/custom

2. Try adding the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

#dropmenu {text-align: center;}
#dropmenu li {
     display: inline-block;
     float: none;
}
