That line of code fixed it.

I have other css in the Custom CSS field that must be interfering with the footer.
I found a walkthrough to block the music from being downloaded and also to remove the tags from being listed in posts.

That's odd. Have you made any edits to the template files?

Try adding this to the custom CSS section of your theme options panel...

#footer {clear:both;}
