It appears you installed the theme incorrectly.

The URL to the divider is showing: restoringvalues.com/wp-content/themes/WordPress Politico/wppolitico/images/divider.png

Notice the "WordPress Politico/wppolitico".

There shouldn't be a "WordPress Politico", which means you installed the whole download folder instead of the theme folder only.

The URL should read:

restoringvalues.com/wp-content/themes/wppolitico/images/divider.png

NOT

restoringvalues.com/wp-content/themes/WordPress Politico/wppolitico/images/divider.png

I know this might be a little anal, but I really dug the way you added flourishes between the areas of the web site. So I'm perplexed why the spacer (divider.png) doesn't show up even though it's uploaded and is the the code as far as I can tell. This is across FIREFOX, CHROME & SAFARI.
