Just to clarify, this is not a "theme issue". This is related to how fast your site can load the content you have on the page (i.e. pictures/videos/audio, etc.).

Be sure your video is optimized for the web and not too long. If you've done all that, my best suggestion is to check out some tips I have for speeding up your site here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-why-is-my-site-taking-so-long-to-load

Hi Christopher, I'm experiencing a flash of the demo bridge shot on load. I have a video background that I'd like to appear on the home page without this glitch. Can you direct me to how to get rid of it? It seems baked in somehow.
