So, when you're creating pages, you'll see "Page Template" and that's where you select Default Template.

Molitor - On the "About" page in your demo site, how did you get your column to be a fixed width? I'm trying to get 2-columns fixed width on my about page and haven't been successful. Please advise. Thanks!

All the available layout options are showcased in the demo (http://themes.themolitor.com/wpbm). If you don't see the layout you want there, that means the theme doesn't have that option.

I don't think I missed it, but is there a fixed width page template? How would I add one if there is not? I would really love to have a page template that the first two columns were used for content and the third column became a visible widget area.

This would be great for plugins that use pages to display. The issue is, very few if any work well with the flexible page template that exists.
