3. Try adding the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

#dropmenu a {color: #ffffff;}
#dropmenu .current-menu-item > a,
#dropmenu a:hover {color: #00ccff;}

4. The closest thing to a slideshow built into the theme is the gallery page template. Anything beyond that would require either a plugin or custom development to achieve.

6. Anything regarding the performance/speed of the WordPress dashboard (like uploading content) would require a hosting bandwidth upgrade to improve.

1. Unfortunately the slideshow feature is deactivated if there is a video provided for the background. This is for improved performance on the front-end of the site.

I had some questions for you:

(Desktop)
1) How can the Menu items be in Upper-Lower format? I particularly need it for the sub-categories with #hashtags
2) When we go to categories pages, can we stop background video from playing?
3) Can the menu normal color be white and hover color be blue. The same blue as the link color
4) Can the latest campaigns page be in a slideshow?
5) How can I add "MENU" in writing just beside the menu lines on the homepage?

(Mobile)
1) Video background does not play on mobile. But can a slideshow work on mobile, even if we have video background on desktop?
2) On categories page, can we change header image for background?
