Hello,

can you post a link please, also the speed of the site can be many things, hosting, size of images etc, if you want performance gains you'll need to optimize the WordPress install with Cache Plugins etc

as for the background theres a mesh overlay open up your style.css and go to line 26 and comment this out

'#mesh {position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; z-index: -1; background: url(images/bg.png) repeat; }'

or change it to

'#mesh {display:none;}'

Hi

I have the Nocturnal template, the main issue being it seems to be very slow on changing pages. The second issue is my background image seems to have some sort of mesh over it on all other pages apart from the index page, I have chosen to use the index page background for all pages.

Any help offered is appreciated
