Many thanks for your response. Is there any way to enable featured images in the pages? I don't mind dabbling in the files if you can give me a steer on what I should include.

Hi there,

Just to clarify, pages don't use featured images. Only posts use the featured image.

If you want to show the featured image on a post page (instead of the map), click the "Display Featured Image Instead of Map" button in the post options box on the post edit page.

I have set a featured image on this page, but it doesn't appear. is there any way for the image to appear in the header of the page? I have tried to do this through the 'full width with slider' template, but that just pulls in the slider from the home page. I'd be really grateful for any direction with this.
