It would be great if updates of the theme didn't become downgrades. The new "flat" design in AID 2.0+ (without gradients and shadow effects) may be the "in" thing right now, but some of us aren't quite ready to go that route just yet and were happy with the old design.

I tried to add back the gradients by hacking in some custom CSS, but it seems you've removed some of the container DIVs needed to get the old design back in AID 2.0. I'd like these containers back (at least as an option) and preferably also the option to use gradients and specify the colors of the slider area.

Trying to make 2.0 look like 1.3 seems to be a futile exercise (more work than it's worth) so I guess I'll just stick with the old version for now.

I'd like to be able to schedule alert bars like I do postings, with a start date and an end date. There are a couple of alert bar plugins out there that allow for this, by treating the alerts as a story or type of post - Fiat Alert Bar comes to mind:

It would be great if you can incorporate Team Members to the template. Charities usually have Founders, Board of Directors, Volunteers and to have that all on one page with a picture of them and a bio would be a fantastic addition.

Feel free to post any features you would like to see added to Aid here. I'll review every suggestion and see if it is something I can incorporate. No promises, but I'll definitely check it out.
