Chris, I think my problem was coming for the database.
I did the following trick :

Publish a "fake" project will "latin text" and an embed youtube code.

It was working, so I publish again this Project replacing infos. Still the URL is not showing the name of the project but it works.

I keep you updated if I have some trouble.

Thanks anyway.

Hi there,

I just released an update yesterday that addresses a minor bug. I wonder if this is related. Please grab the latest version of the theme available on your downloads page on ThemeForest.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Hello Chris,

Making a new Post won't change anything. I also publish back the original "functions.php" page to be sure.
In fact each time I create a new "Project" I get the message error :

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /functions.php on line 149

Can we go a bit in depth with this problem, do you have a clue ?

Thank you
Guillaume

Hi there,

Just to clarify, I meant to create a new post for the content you want to display, not just re-publish/update the same post. Have you tried that?

Best,

Hi there,

Scratch what I said about the "category" in the url. It's not required, but the post page shouldn't be treated like an attachment page.

The way you're creating posts is the proper way. Maybe try recreating the post that isn't working to see if it was just a WordPress bug when it was published.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Thank you for your answer.
I put back the original php page (single.php).

What's strange is that all my "projects" pages won't show "category" in the url (and they work).

This is how I create the "project" page :

1- create a post
2- fill in infos : title, text, video embbed link, background img, futured img, give the category "projects"
3- publish

Please see other "projects" url like : http://www.katiakrylova.com/le-mariage-campagnard/

Thank you for your support.

Hi there,

This link --> http://www.katiakrylova.com/mirage/ is being treated like an attachment page, which isn't normal behavior.

I noticed your url doesn't have "category" or anything like that. Did you make edits to the template or are you using a plugin to achieve that effect? If so, you'll need to retrace those edits as that is likely the cause of the problem.

Post pages need to be treated like posts in order to function properly.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

OK, I figure it out. Apparently if you forget to set a Futured image, you get the error.
It's fine now.

Hello,

Strangely when creating a post for the "Project" page I have an error message :

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /functions.php on line 149

I was able to publish other "Projects" without trouble.
