			<description><p>This is not a theme-related issue, but has to do with how WordPress has decided to implement stickies. Due to the way WordPress has things setup, stickies only work when a category isn't specified for the displaying of posts. </p>
<p><strong>If the theme you're using allows you to control the category of posts that display, then stickies are disabled.</strong></p>
<p>If you think about it, this makes sense. If you can't specify a category in your theme, then you'll have ALL your posts display. If there are "featured" posts you want to show first, then the sticky feature is nice. However, if you can specify that only posts in the "featured" category are displayed, then the sticky feature doesn't really need to be used.</p>
