			<description><p>If you're using one of my themes that are listed as "translation ready", what this means is that the template is setup and ready to be translated. However, the actual process of translating requires either a manual translation of the .POT or the use a plugin to do the translations for you. </p>
<p>There are lots of plugins out there to do this. Some are free and some cost money. The most popular plugin for translations is currently the WordPress Multi-Language Plugin (WPML). You can check it out here: <a href="http://wpml.org/" rel="nofollow">http://wpml.org/</a></p>
