Hi folks,
If anyone is like me and was wondering how to rate a theme, this link shows a screen capture that nicely shows how to do it.

1. Sign into Themeforest
2. Go to your own username
3. click on downloads in drop down menu
4. Now you can finally click the stars and a pop up will appear for a review.
