You don't really need a theme feature for that. You can manually add that code using the WordPress theme editor (appearance > editor).

Ok thanks, I fully understand that. How would a customization cost, to insert two script fields so that I can individually insert html or script code to the header and the footer?

Hi there,

I have a problem with a plug-in I have installed shortly. It's called "Insert Headers and Footers" that allows you to insert code or text in the header or footer of your WordPress blog. As you can see it is working for the footer, where I could place my banner code from the plug-in AdRotate, but in the Header, it doesn't work. Can you help?
