To add additional elements to the pages on the home page, open up index.php and locate the following on lines 211-212...

the_content();

I'm trying the use facebook comments on the panels theme (which I really am enjoying), but they only show up on the permalinked version of the post, not the Ajax panel that is loaded on the home page. Where would I go to add that capability to the Ajax loader?
