@tremola Are you using a category page as your home page? The theme has a built-in home page, so make sure you use the default "show latest posts" option for the home page setting.

Hello Chris, & thanks for your prompt reply !

1. I must have explained myself wrong. I have in deed used the exerpt, and on the home page and category pages, it works wonders. But what I acutally would like to do is, on a single blogpost like this one for instance - http://www.walking-records.com/mathilde-the-anachronic-septet-you-irresistible-you/ - see where the date & categories are showing? Well, I would like for the exerpt I wrote to appear there, instead of the date and category. Is it possible ?
I guess it's some code I must switch with another, but I don't know which, nor where to make the change.

2. I actually got the homeslider to work ! Magic !

3. Sadly, on the other hand, if I set up the reading settings to more than 2 per page, the homepage stops working properly. Fortunately, I found an alternative that fits what I want, so no worries there.

Hi

I can't get it to work like the home page posts from http://www.walking-records.com/
I have created 3 posts with the same category (inici) and in the theme options/home post I have selected the right category (inici) and set the number of post for page to 1 and still not working.

I see only the post traza tu linea green but I don't have the left/right arrows buttons on top of the post

Hi there,

1. If you want to use a custom excerpt, use the excerpt field on your edit post page. If you don't see the excerpt box, click "screen options" in the upper-right corner of the page and click the checkbox for the excerpt option.

2. I don't see any issues with the 3rd slide. Resolved? If not, please clarify the problem.

3. Yes, you can control this on the reading settings page of WordPress.

Also, in addition to this question, I have some other issues :

• As you will see, the 3rd 'page' of the home slider is broken. Do you know why it is ?
• I wish for the category pages (on my website "artistes" & "sorties") to display more than 2 posts. Is it possible ?
