Hi there,

By default, WordPress doesn't allow content like that in the excerpt field. I'm sure there are plugins that extend the functionality of the excerpt field, though. Maybe try a search for something like "Excerpt HTML","Excerpt WYSIWYG" or "Excerpt Editor".

can i add images and a form (ContactForm7) to the excerpt

any way to change the excerpt to be able to edit it with the page editor with editing tools
