In the Edit Page Screen, click on "Screen Options" in the upper right portion of the screen. Then checkoff Exerpt and it should appear.

Hey Justin, no I have yet to figure this out. From my understanding, the excerpt field should just show up when creating a new posts. The only text field I have available is the body for the post itself, and the URL for the custom background.

Is there someplace I have to enable the Excerpt functionality? I do not see it available when creating new posts.
