Ah, okay, so there appears to be way more posts than I originally thought. Open up calendar.php and locate the following on line 28...

$wp_query->query('order=ASC&cat='.$eventCat.'&showposts=200'.'&paged='.$paged);

...try changing that to this...

$wp_query->query('order=ASC&cat='.$eventCat.'&showposts=1000'.'&paged='.$paged);

You'll notice that I changed the "showposts" value from 200 to 1000. See if that does the trick and let me know.

Yes they do. It's just that the events are showing oldest to newest. You can see them here:

The events are in the main category of Events. The main event category has 2 child categories. I just tried to make a future event an event category only but that did not make it show in the calendar.

Any other suggestions?

Those items doesn't appear in your main Events category. Ref: http://p3magictheater.com/category/events/

Be sure that (1) you have a main event category assigned for the calendar and (2) your additional categories are "child" categories of the main event category.

Then you'll want to be sure that your events are assigned to ALL categories that apply.

How do you see that they are expired? There are 4 events that are in the future.

All your events appear to be expired, which is probably why they are not showing in the calendar. Maybe try adding a new future event and see if that displays.

I'm not getting a 404 error when I click the link. I did change the permalink setting and it had no effect.

One thing to try is update your permalink settings (settings > permalinks) to the post name option.

This is likely the reason the items are not appearing. Unfortunately my support services do not cover URL-based issues like this as the theme does not create/manage URLs.

Is it possible that the update made the calendar not work?

It's strange because the events are showing in the slider but not on the calendar. Also, it seems that the break happened after wordpress recently updated.

Yes, each event has a main event category.

Yes, the main event category has 3 child categories and they are all assigned correctly.

Yes, the events are published and set with a future date.
