Hi there,

Just to clarify, you need to create a page and assign the submission form page template to that page (via the page attributes box) and then add that page to the menu.

Have you done that? Let me know.

I have not been able to get the Eventure Submission Form to appear on the menu, or anywhere else. Thank you for any help you are able to offer. The following is the website address:
