That's super odd. Just to clarify, you didn't install the OptionTree plugin or anything, right? Have you installed any additional plugins? If so, try deactivating those.

Also, you're not uploading the zip you download from ThemeForest, right? You need to upload the zip INSIDE that file (just clarifying).

Hej Chris,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I followed your instructions exactly. When I upload the file to wordpress. It seems to upload successfully and is there when I activate it. But when I go into the theme options under appearance
to work with the theme. I get the error message.Which means I can not get access to your Admin panel.

Hi there,

I can confirm there is nothing wrong with the theme. Please be sure to follow instructions in the help file and review the theme options panel to make sure all the necessary fields are filled out.

Also, where are you seeing that error message?

Can I get a refund for this error or can I get an answer please? I am deeply frustrated and on a schedule. I need to move on with a new theme if I cant get this one to work.

Please help me. I just purchased this theme and was excited to get started with it. Had issues installing it. Installed it by your instructions in this forum for people that got error message about css file not found. Now when I go in to look at the theme options I get this message. Any ideas?

Cannot load ot-theme-options.
