I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I see from another thread that you have an older version of the theme active. Try applying the update and let me know if that helps at all.

Fixed myself.... somehow this message was created as the 'Subtext' when I created the page No Idea WHY, but when I removed it from the subtxt field, it disappeared from the live page.

Installed a audio gallery plugin that says it is uptodate with latest WP.
http://reagansvoice.com/ronald-reagans-voice-audio-gallery/ shows error:

Warning: Illegal string offset 'custom_subtext' in /home/reagans/public_html/wp-content/themes/wppolitico

Advice?
