Hi there,

Unfortunately this isn't a theme-related issue as the cropping and header image feature is 100% controlled by WordPress. Since this is a WordPress-based issue, there are no theme-based changes I can suggest that will help with this issue.

Hi Chris. I have unsuccessfully tried to upload a header image. I was able to add several images to the Media Library, but every time I select an image to crop, I get the following error:

< There has been an error cropping your image >

I have tried many different sizes:
1920x1080

What are the ideal pic sizes?
