1. For the menu, you can change the positioning using the custom CSS section of the theme options panel. For example, if you wanted to increase the top margin, you would enter...

#navigation {margin-top:5px;}

2. For the image uploading, have you seen this video? The page templates are covered towards the end... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqGovg9aAMk

Just be sure to set an image as the "featured image" to make it appear on the home page. For reference, here is the online version of the help file: http://themolitor.com/help/wpbm/

Here are my questions again just to clarify

1. Is there a way I can lower the position of the main navigation text? (Just to make it a little more even with the logo I uploaded)

2. Could you give me a brief overview of posting images and blog entries? (Sorry, I'm extremely new to wordpress and posts/categories/pages still confuse me)

Hello, sorry for the extremely basic questions but I'm very new to this. I downloaded font I found on Google, but it's extremely small on my site. Is there any way to enlarge the font?

Also, I can't quite understand how to upload images so that they show up in the homepage. Do I create a new Page, set it as the Homepage, and then add new posts? What template was the demo?
