Thanks for following up and sharing your findings!

If you're enjoying the theme, PLEASE don't forget to rate it on your downloads page on ThemeForest. Five-star ratings REALLY help me out and encourage further development and updates.

Thanks!

Hi, thanks for your prompt response. I fixed the problem, so if anyone else is struggling with this issue, here is the solution. I'm using Windows 7 on a local server (WAMP). It appears to be a bug in how Windows handles zip files created on a Mac, here's a link to the blog:

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/asklar/archive/2012/05/03/why-do-zip-files-from-mac-os-show-up-as-green-encrypted.aspx

By using a third party ZIP program, such as WinZip or WinRar, the file folder opens up just fine and installs all the content.

Hi there,

I haven't actually heard of this error message. Strange. Maybe try downloading from ThemeForest again? It's possible there was an error that was caused during the download process.

Let me know if that helps.

After you have the theme installed, be sure to visit the Customize page (appearance > customize) and review the settings/options there to finish the setup process.

If you continue to need help, please be sure to provide a link to your site so I can better address any issues you have.

Best,

Christopher

Hi, I recently purchased the VYSUAL theme, and am struggling with the install. I followed the instruction guide, which said to find the folder with the “style.css” file, then to copy it to the “wp-content/themes” folder, but unfortunately I continue to receive a message that says "Do you want to copy this folder without Encryption?" A problem is preventing this folder from being encrypted.

I said yes anyway, and the theme seems to be missing information, is not working properly. I'm sure that I'm just missing something, some help would be appreciated.
