If you scale the image, you will have a distorted image. Without changing the code, what I found out is to use images that are 900 x 350 and the software will crop it down to 600 (and centered). Then I could use the same 900 x 350 that will look good as a slider image and as a category image at the same time.

open the functions.php file go to line 57 you'll see

'set_post_thumbnail_size( 600, 350, true );'

replace it with

'set_post_thumbnail_size( 600, 350);'

but no ''

for the 404 try resetting your permalinks (Settings -> Permalinks)

the little calendar in the demo is http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ajax-calendar/ which is suggested in the help files

i think i fixed almost everything. The only problem now is that when i click on a month (not a specific day) on the calendar i got a 404 error. Also, i can't show the small calendar on the left column of an event page. I think these 2 problems are connected...any help? legendclubmilano.com

Installed the theme without any problem or broken CSS but looks like the website is not loading the content. Tried to import democontent.xml using Tools -> Import -> WordPress but always got the same result: legendclubmilano.com
