Hi there,

1. Try adding the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page (appearance > customize)...

.sidebarSmall {display: none;}

2. Regarding order, the only way to alter the position of posts is by changing the publish date via the post editor page.

3. Regarding the height, that is set in place for usability purposes.

4. All examples I have are located here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/show-off-your-site-using-the-curator

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

Hi Molitor,

Is it possible to eliminate the right and left timeline arrows in The Curator theme, so visitors would navigate only by clicking on the timeline or dragging its circular slider?

I'm hoping to migrate my current multimedia blog into The Curator and arrange the posts in chronological order by subject--so, for example, a short film about Lascaux appears far to the right of a James Brown song, no matter when the post itself was published.

The idea behind the site is that the old and the new are equally interesting, so I'd like all the timeline sequences to be equally accessible. But even though viewing older posts in The Curator is extremely easy and intuitive (just click the right timeline arrow), somehow it seems to visually undermine this idea in a way I can't put my finger on.

I'm not very tech-savvy, but is this option built into the theme, or is it possible to eliminate the arrows via customization?

Two other questions: 1) Is there any way to make the height of the posts variable; and 2) Do you know of other multimedia-heavy sites that use The Curator?

Many thanks in advance for any help,

Brian
