The "more" section is just widgets. The design options are just for the demo. Changing/editing that content is just a matter of dragging some widgets.

I would like to buy this HUD theme, but need to ask about how to change that "MORE" design option at demo to other thing, such as, widget, or html text that can I put any in it.
