Try putting this in your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

.entry {
-moz-column-count: 1;
-webkit-column-count: 1;
column-count: 1;
}

Nevermind, I figured out this issue, but I can't find the setting to remove the 2 columns?

My client wants each post to be it's own page, so it reads like a book - that's why she chose this theme... but now that we have it purchased, it's stacking the posts instead of turning the pages? Is there a setting or something we are doing wrong?
