The page structure/functionality you're referring to is one of the core components of this design/layout and not an optional feature to turn off/on.

Hey I would like to turn off the draggable pages and turn off the minimization of the page. I mean to let it be as a normal page without adding a background or anything, just a normal page. Thank you
