Hi there,

Unfortunately this isn't a theme-related issue but ultimately has to do with the actual link you're using for PayPal. The theme just displays basic (super basic) HTML to allow users to click the button based on the URL you provide.

Looking at your site, I can't view the source code (I just get a frameset), so it sounds like there may be some problems with the link you're using. Be sure you're not using the button HTML provided by PayPal. It must be an actual URL.

Hi there,

My website (www.girlsleap.org) links the donate button to a paypal page that allows users to donate to the organization.

The button is very finicky, and works only about 15% of the time (by opening a new tab with the correct URL). In Google Chrome, my default browser, sometimes I click the button and in the bottom left corner/footer of my browser, texts appears, indicating that it is attempting to go to the URL, but then it stops. No new window or tab opens. If right click the donate button and tell it specifically to open the link in a new window, it will go to the prescribed URL. I tried clicking the donate button when in Mozilla, but nothing happened at all (it went to a white page, and 'www.girlsleap.org' was in the URL).

I'm pretty stumped as to why this is happening. Advice?
