Thanks for following up!

If you're enjoying the theme, PLEASE don't forget to rate it on your downloads page on ThemeForest. Positive ratings REALLY help me out.

Thanks!

Hi there,

That's very strange. I've never seen something like that happen before. I see the image file load fine in FireFox, but in Safari the URL generates a 404 error. Have you tried uploading different image file types (i.e. .png or .gif)?

I can't think of why this would happen. To my knowledge this isn't a theme-related issue as the theme doesn't have any control over the URL or where/how the image is stored on your server/database.

My best suggestion is to contact your hosting provider and ask them why an image file URL works in FireFox but not in Safari.

Sorry I can't be more of more help with this. If you discover something theme-related might be the cause, please let me know and I'll will be glad to review.

Best,

Chris

Hello, thanks for your themes, you've made an amazing job.
I'm working on a website and it looks perfect on firefox and chrome but safari (on both desktop and mobile devices) and some other mobile devices such as samsung smartphones are not showing some slider images. Also, the background image in those browsers is shown followed by a blank space and then the background image again which looks ugly.

Thanks in advance for your quick answer, i have to solve this ASAP.

Cheers!
