Open up "index.php" and change the following on line 47 from this...

<a title="<?php the_title(); ?> - <?php the_time('Y'); ?>" rel="prettyPhoto[gallery<?php the_id(); ?>]"  href="<?php echo $large_image_url[0]; ?>" title="<?php the_title_attribute(); ?>"><?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?></a>

...to this...

<?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>

Regarding the "read more" text, remove the following on line 57...

<a class="readMore" href="<?php the_permalink() ?>">Read More &rarr;</a>

Wondering how to disable zoom on click feature for the main timeline.

Also... how to remove the "read more" text following an excerpt for the main timeline.
