1. That's not me :-)

2. That thread is 2 years old and is for a different version of the theme.

3. Sometimes I do give help with edits (like I did here in this thread), but it's not part of standard support services that I provide.

4. If I know something off the top of my head, I'll definitely help (again, like I did above), but requests that require research, testing and custom code go beyond the standard support services I'm able to provide.

Theme support is really only intended to help users who have trouble using the theme or have errors/bugs that need to be fixed. Edits/customizations take time, research and custom code, so they are not part of the standard free support that I provide for my themes.
