Thumbs are all the same size, but you don't have to resize the images. There is a script that automatically resizes/crops if necessary. That said, if the resized image doesn't look good to you, then you may want to manually create the image.

You can reuse images for the featured thumb images. Just paste the URL to the image in the "Thumbnail Image" field below the content box on the edit screen.

Heya guys, I just bought this lovely template from theme forest, loving it so far. I'm not too good at website editing and stuff, but I'm getting there.

However, I have run into a slight problem. I've put up 2 images in the featured thumbs that were the same dimensions. Then when I added a 3rd, which is a little shorter height-wise, the bottom extends and shows the previous image.

I'll keep experimenting, I'm not good with either html or wordpress (I'm an artist, not a web designer), but I think I have a small grip on it.

Anyways, as my title asked - is it possible to have various images with different dimensions in Featured Thumbs? If not, does that mean I have to resize every image in photoshop to be the same?

And one more thing - can I replicate the featured thumbs for another page, such as my portfolio section?
