Unfortunately that isn't a theme-related issue but has something to do with your hosting/server/WordPress install/browser/or something else.

Be sure that you click "download file attachments" before you begin importing.

Also, the "Option Tree Options already exists" alert is odd. Do you have the OptionTree plugin installed? If so, you need to delete that and wipe your wp-options database table.
