Hey there, that error is server related... you'll need to share this with your Hosting Provider and see what they say.

Hi,

I cannot upload demo content. If I try step 3. Install the "WordPress" importer from the list.
Then it says the following error:

Unable to create directory /home/p31595/domains/hippir.nl/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2012/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
