If some content is not getting uploaded/imported, that is likely a hosting permissions issue (not a WordPress/theme issue). With hosting permissions, it doesn't matter if it's a fresh install of the theme/WordPress. You should contact your hosting provider as it's possible they have a restriction on the size/number of files that can be imported, etc.

Please understand that this process does not have anything to do with the theme.

Nope, there are no error messages. Some images are imported but no pages, posts, menu or settings are imported. Can't accept this is a 'wordpress' issue when it's a virgin install. Please contact me privately for full contact details so we can get this install up and running as quickly as possible please.

Are you seeing any error messages?

The import process is 100% managed by WordPress, so any issues with importing is typically related to hosting permissions applied to the domain in question.

WordPress creates the demo content file, imports it and loads the content. The theme really doesn't have any part of this process, so I'm not sure the issue is something I can help with on my end.

Let me know what you're seeing exactly and I may be able to point you in the right direction.

Clean install of wordpress, clean install of the theme, installed the zoom box plug in, activated theme. Installed wordpress importer - but when importing demo content, no posts, pages, menus etc. are imported - please could you take a look at this issue for me urgently - I can let you have full access info if you contact my developer directly: neil@thecompletedesign.co
