Yup just do what justin said also make sure you have the WordPress importer plugin installed and activated http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-importer/

Ok, I may have uploaded the demo content incorrectly because all I have of the demo content are the media files. They are pretty pictures though :)

You'll go to Tools > Import > Wordpress then you can go to the Theme folder your theme came in and grab the Demo Content XML file and upload that :)

You need to ensure you still configure the theme as per the Help File + Walk Through video.
