Hi Justin first of all I want to say that Nocturnal is an amazing theme! Thank you for doing such a great job! I want to install the demo content like it is displayed on the themeforest site. It makes it easier to go in and change the content out with my own content. I see the "demo_conten.xml" file but where do I upload that to? also how do I upload that file? Please explain. I tried to upload it through "Tools/Import/Wordpress (posts,pages,categories,etc)" But I just get a bad request page after several minutes of the file attempting to upload. Am I doing something wrong?

Zain, please open a new Support Ticket and explain the few issues you're having. Then, please post a link to your site. Without that, I have no way to look at the items you've loosely described.

I'm also getting a lot of errors, most of which all start with 'failed to upload media', in the Import plugin.

Wouldn't it be easier if you supply a SQL dump of the database, and supply all image/media files or samples so it's easy to replace.. That is generally what a template is for.. Something to work from.. No?

Also, the site has been uploaded for a day and none of the background images are appearing.. All blocked due to hotlinking.. Surely, you should provide the background images for the template so we can upload locally.. Imagine if this was a live website and the images were all blocked with messages like that.. Not professional?!

A lot of problems with the website and not happy :(.. Have used many templates in the past which are up and running within minutes..
