To remove the button, try adding the following to your custom CSS panel in the theme options...

.page-template-page_gallery-php #galleryNav {display:none;}

Regarding thumbnails placement, that goes beyond the level of support I can provide here. For customizations like that, please submit a request here: http://themolitor.com/custom

How can I delete the Gallery Button in the Fullscreen Gallery and the function to have the thumbnails on the right? I just want the home button and the info button in the fullscreen gallery to choose. Thanks for answer
